Change your BMW selection
Developing the best possible ECU remap (chiptuning) for a car requires time and intimate knowledge of the vehicle you’re tuning. In order to provide high quality ECU remaps, our mappings are developed exclusively for BMW and MINI cars. Before we add an ECU remap to our line-up, we make sure it’s tested thoroughly on our dyno. Our software is engineered to create a smooth power delivery that keeps going till the redline, without putting your engine at risk. Besides that our Stage 2 and Stage 3 software are designed to get the most out of our Mosselman high-end performance parts.

Tuning a car is a delicate thing. Whether it’s an ECU remap, a new turbo or a full-on stage three tuning, you need to make sure each component is working at optimal efficiency under careful supervision of a sufficiently smart engine management system. After all, you’re looking to create a symphony and that’s hard to do when one of the instruments is off. That’s why all of our products are designed and built in-house. Professional tuning requires a steady hand and we want to be solely responsible for getting the most out of your car.
Because most modern engines are heavily restricted due to emission regulations, an ECU remap or installation of an engine control unit is always the first step towards unlocking the performance your BMW or Mini is capable of. However, as our name implies, we do have upgraded turbos, should you be in the market for one. In addition, Mosselman Turbo Systems offers more efficient intake and exhaust systems, oil thermostats, oil coolers, and intercoolers. So if you’re looking for more performance, you’ve come to the right place.
MOSSELMAN tuning experiences
With Mosselmans' performance package I exceeded even more than the company advertised on their website! The information sharing process was easy and hassle-free. Excellent customer service from Leon and his team!
Mosselman tuned my BMW 318d today. What a result, it became a completely different car! Very professional company and friendly staff. This was my second car here and again they have exceeded my expectations. Thanks!
Very happy with my improved car, the car reacts better on the throttle and is very direct. Also, the exhaust sounds better!
Visited Mosselman on May 24th for the chip tuning of my 135i, great result! The adjustment is great, when will you post the photo on FB :)?
After 1,5 years still very happy with my iTronic. By far the best upgrade I could have done with my BMW 340i.

Looking for more performance but do you still have warranty on your car? We developed the iTronic engine controller specifically to be untraceable in the software of the car, just remove the iTronic before you visit your BMW dealer and your good to go. This external tuning device works together with the ECU of the car and adds around 35 to 75 horsepower to your car’s stock performance, and it will do so safely. The iTronic can be turned on/off with your steering wheel and optional features like exhaust valve control are available.
The iTronic is an highly advanced engine controller that works simultaneously with the original ECU. It connects with a couple of sensors from the car, including the mass airflow sensor and CAN connection. This allows us to read a lot of data of the car, for example RPM, temperatures and pedal position. Due to the CAN connection you can also turn the iTronic ON/OFF by the RES button on your steering wheel. With the optional exhaust valve function you can even open or close the exhaust valve whenever you want, regardless of the BMW performance setting.
Most of the power boxes doesn’t have a good name in the tuning industry, usually because they don’t deliver what is promised. However there is a difference between tuning with a power box and our iTronic. The iTronic connects with more sensors than a regular power box, like the mass airflow sensor and the CAN-BUS connection. Thanks to these connections additional data, such as the throttle position, is available. We use this information to optimize the car’s software and increase the performance in a safe way.
The iTronic is plug and play and can be easily installed without a lot of technical know-how. We provide an installation manual when you purchase an iTronic, installation time takes around 30 minutes. Installation can also be done at one of our dealers, they will ask a small installation fee though.
The iTronic is specifically developed for cars that still have their warranty. It leaves no traces in the software of the car, and because it’s and external device it can be easily removed. Just remove the iTronic, including the wiring harness, before you visit your BMW dealer and your good to go.
No, we don’t offer warranty on the engine after buying our iTronic. We don’t do this because we don’t know in what condition your engine is before you install the iTronic. However, we designed the iTronic to be completely harmless to the car and it’s engine. We do offer great aftersales services to our customers. If you have any problems with the iTronic we will do our best to offer all the help needed to solve the problems.
The iTronic comes with 2 years warranty on the components and the software, under normal use during the warranty period. We don’t cover problems that are caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
The iTronic, and it’s wiring harness, are specific for each car model. The iTronic can be installed on another car with the same model and engine, but it cannot be installed on different models. Are you planning on buying a new BMW and want to keep your iTronic? Contact us about the possibilities!
